We do not sell physical products directly to consumers; instead, we provide marketing, advertising, brand strategy, PPC management, logistics coordination, and growth consulting services tailored to each client via signed contracts.

Refunds: Due to the custom nature of services provided, refunds are generally not offered. Exceptions may be negotiated in writing under specific contract terms.

Cancellations: Cancellation of ongoing services must follow the terms outlined in the client contract, which usually includes a required notice period.
5. Legal or Export Restrictions Xpandify does not engage in the sale or distribution of physical goods. We do not operate under legal or export restrictions. However, we do not provide services to brands or companies involved in prohibited or illegal activities according to U.S. law.
